A shooting at a car show in southeast Arkansas on Saturday left one person dead and 28 wounded, including multiple children, state police said. 
A man was detained while trying to leave the scene of the shooting, Arkansas State Police Col. Bill Bryant said at a Sunday afternoon press conference.
